All the names, numbers and photos of class A4 LNER streamlined "Pacifics" (4-6-2 wheel arrangement) as designed by H.N.Gresley. The numbers are those carried by the locomotives in the BR period. Six of the original class have preserved - 60007, 08, 09, 10, 19, 22.   4469 "Gadwall" was destroyed in York by a German bomb during WWII.
