NER 0-6-0 no. 2392 was on hire to the SRPS during a steam shortage in 1991 and is seen here beside the running shed at Bo'ness. The Raven designed loco was built at Darlington in 1923 and withdrawn by BR in 1967. During BR days the loco was classified as type J27 and had the running number 65894. Photo J L Stevenson.
